In other assurance services, the focus extends to providing assurance on laws and regulations beyond statutory financial audits, requiring knowledge of industry-specific or local and international non-audit assurance practices.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the firm’s workload assessment. This role demands strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to coordinate effectively with personnel across different teams and levels within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in firm-wide workload assessment initiatives.
- Develop dashboards, presentations, and reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Collect and consolidate data from various teams and stakeholders.
- Perform data analysis to support informed decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of reports and presentations.
- Coordinate with managers and partners on staffing and workload matters.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university or ACCA part-qualified/qualified status.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including proficiency with Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, logical formulas, data analysis, and dashboard preparation.
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills for creating professional presentations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
While not mandatory, familiarity with audit coordination, compliance assurance, corporate governance, and digital tooling is advantageous. Skills such as active listening, emotional regulation, empathy, and AI-human collaboration are valued. Experience with auditing methodologies, compliance frameworks, and external audit processes will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
