They assess compliance with regulations, including governance and risk management processes. Additionally, those working in other assurance services provide assurance related to laws and regulations outside of statutory financial audits, often requiring specialized knowledge of industry-specific or local and international non-audit assurance practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in firm-wide workload assessment to support resource planning and management.
- Develop dashboards, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to communicate findings effectively.
- Collect and consolidate data and information from multiple teams and stakeholders across the organization.
- Perform detailed data analysis to aid in informed decision-making processes.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all reports and presentations.
- Coordinate with managers and partners regarding staffing levels and workload distribution.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university or ACCA part-qualified or fully ACCA qualified.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, logical formulas, data analysis, and dashboard preparation.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating professional presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams and levels.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Candidates with experience or familiarity in audit coordination, compliance assurance, corporate governance, and digital tooling will find this role advantageous. Additional skills such as active listening, emotional regulation, empathy, and AI fluency are considered beneficial. Knowledge of auditing methodologies, standards, and documentation, as well as client management and communication skills, will enhance performance in this position.
