Associate, Area Manager

We are currently seeking a motivated professional to join our team in Sialkot to drive vendor onboarding and development, ensuring a seamless and high-quality vendor experience on our platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct face-to-face meetings with vendors to facilitate onboarding, including delivering tailored training manuals designed specifically for each partner and providing ongoing support for vendor-related issues.
- Lead the onboarding process for various shops and restaurants across different locations within the city.
- Collaborate proactively with Supply, Live Operations, Sales, Account Management, and Content teams to ensure all tasks and requirements are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Research potential accounts, identify key stakeholders and decision-makers, and generate interest in foodpanda’s platform.
- Oversee newly onboarded vendors to drive operational excellence, focusing on commercial performance, utilization of internal tools and systems, and managing special projects.
- Support vendor development post-acquisition by maximizing their potential, including managing the onboarding and incubation phases for shops.
- Manage and resolve vendor inquiries, issues, and escalations efficiently.
- Work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure a smooth vendor journey and maintain a high standard of vendor experience within the platform.
- Conduct daily field visits to ensure targeted shops are onboarded properly and meet company standards.
- Ensure that all strategic brands are brought onto the foodpanda portal and that no category is overlooked within the assigned region.
- Maintain accurate logs and update inventory records using Salesforce.
- Provide comprehensive training and support during the initial onboarding month to ensure vendor success.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in e-commerce or FMCG sales.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Based in Sialkot or willing to work in this location.
