ICT SYSTEMS PVT LTD is seeking experienced Associate ASP.NET ERP Developers to join our dynamic software development team. The successful candidates will work on multinational ERP projects, focusing on customized web-based ERP software development using ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and SQL Server. Candidates must have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a software house environment, specifically in ERP application development and customization. We value developers who leverage AI-powered coding tools and cloud-based AI platforms to enhance development efficiency, code quality, and overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, maintain, and enhance web-based ERP applications.
- Handle both frontend and backend development using ASP.NET Web Forms, MVC, C#, and SQL Server.
- Design and optimize ERP modules, database architecture, stored procedures, views, and complex SQL queries.
- Utilize AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development, debug errors, refactor code, and improve software quality.
- Integrate REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Web APIs, and cloud-based services.
- Create responsive, user-friendly ERP interfaces.
- Deploy, configure, test, and maintain ERP applications on local and live server environments.
- Adhere to coding standards, layered architecture, object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, and Agile methodologies.
- Analyze requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with project managers, QA engineers, and fellow developers.
- Review AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability before deployment.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in a software house environment.
- Proven expertise in customized web ERP development.
- Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and .NET technologies.
- Proficient in SQL Server, relational database design, complex queries, views, and stored procedure optimization.
- Knowledge of ADO.NET, OOP, and layered architecture.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
- Skilled in REST API and SOAP API integration.
- Experience in Web API development and cloud service integration.
- Ability to develop responsive web applications and manage live-server deployments.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Practical experience with AI-assisted development workflows, including tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar.
- Ability to use AI for code generation, debugging, refactoring, and optimization.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to understand existing ERP codebases and accelerate feature development.
- Familiarity with cloud-based development environments, cloud database services, and API integrations.
- Competence in reviewing, testing, securing, and validating AI-generated code prior to production deployment.
- Hands-on experience in one or more ERP domains such as Accounting and Finance, General Trading and Inventory Management, CRM and Sales Management, Real Estate Management, Shipping and Logistics, HRMS and Payroll, or Warehouse and Asset Management.

AI-assisted development experience is highly valued, but candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of the underlying code and database architecture rather than relying solely on AI-generated output.

Compensation
Monthly salary range: PKR 50,000 to PKR 65,000
