OLP Modaraba (formerly ORIX Modaraba) is seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join their team in Lahore as an Associate / Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) focused on client relationships. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of experience who are eager to contribute to the growth and management of a diverse portfolio of ME/SME and commercial clients within the Islamic finance sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in establishing, developing, and maintaining a portfolio of ME/SME and commercial clients for Islamic financing products.
- Ensure full compliance throughout the client lifecycle, including conducting credit reviews, timely submission of Borrower Credit Applications (BCAs) and Customer Due Diligence (CDDs), and monitoring asset risk effectively.
- Support transaction structuring and credit appraisals to facilitate sound financial decisions and client satisfaction.
- Administer client portfolios with attention to detail, including processing customer requests, issuing No Objection Certificates (NOCs), managing contract maturities and terminations, and ensuring audit compliance.

Required Qualifications:
- A solid understanding of Islamic finance products and transaction structuring principles.
- Strong skills in credit appraisal, marketing, and financial analysis to evaluate client needs and risks accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation purposes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with effective negotiation abilities to build and maintain client relationships.
