Associate Billing Consultant

IPS Pakistan is seeking motivated and confident individuals to join our team as Associate Billing Consultants specializing in Healthcare Sales. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential US-based clients to generate interest in healthcare services.
- Generate and qualify leads to identify viable business opportunities.
- Introduce and explain healthcare-related services to prospective clients.
- Perform cross-selling, set appointments, and conduct regular follow-ups to nurture client relationships.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure accurate record-keeping within the CRM system.
- Handle client objections professionally and build strong, lasting relationships.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Confidence and experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Ability to handle objections effectively and build client relationships.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and effective follow-up techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven work environment.
