The Junior Bidder position at OctaMD is a full-time, on-site role based in Johar Town. This role involves identifying relevant projects and opportunities on various online platforms, preparing and submitting well-structured bids and proposals, and maintaining detailed records of all bidding activities. The Junior Bidder will work closely with senior team members to gain a thorough understanding of OctaMD’s services, pricing structures, and client requirements. This collaboration helps tailor proposals to meet the specific needs of potential clients. Daily responsibilities include monitoring new project listings, conducting basic market and client research, following up on submitted bids, and assisting with communication to foster long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate suitable projects and bidding opportunities on online platforms.
- Prepare, draft, and submit clear, concise, and persuasive bids and proposals.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all bidding activities and communications.
- Collaborate with senior team members to understand service offerings, pricing, and client expectations.
- Conduct basic market research and client profiling to support bid preparation.
- Follow up on submitted bids to track progress and gather feedback.
- Support communication efforts with potential clients to build and maintain business relationships.
- Manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing clear and compelling proposals.
