Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding Client Needs: Develop a thorough understanding of client requirements to identify and connect them with the most relevant experts.
- Expert Sourcing and Onboarding: Source, engage, and onboard experts for specific projects while building relationships for future collaboration.
- Communication and Outreach: Hone internal and external communication skills, including cold calling, emailing, and other outreach methods to engage experts effectively.
- Adaptability: Quickly adjust to a dynamic, client-driven environment where speed and accuracy are essential.
- Client Excellence: Deliver exceptional client experiences by providing precise expert recommendations and adopting a proactive, solution-focused approach.
- Process Expertise: Master Atheneum’s core client delivery process and apply it consistently in daily tasks.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role.
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
- Demonstrated goal orientation, motivation, and resilience in overcoming challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
- High emotional intelligence, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Proficiency in one or more additional European languages is highly desirable.
- Previous experience or familiarity with the expert networking industry is a plus.
