Associate Content creator

TechnoCares is seeking a creative and motivated Associate Content Creator to join our team in Model Town, Lahore. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are passionate about digital marketing and employer branding. The successful candidate will take ownership of creating engaging digital content that highlights our company culture and technological innovations. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and develop content for TechnoCares’ LinkedIn and other approved social media platforms.
- Capture employee interviews, office activities, technology demonstrations, and company events on video.
- Edit short-form videos, reels, and corporate highlight clips to a professional standard.
- Design visually appealing social media graphics, carousels, and recruitment posts.
- Write engaging captions, scripts, and professional content tailored to our audience.
- Collaborate with HR, technical teams, and management to gather relevant content.
- Maintain and manage the monthly content calendar, ensuring timely preparation for management approval.
- Monitor content performance metrics and suggest improvements to optimize engagement.
- Utilize modern AI tools to enhance and accelerate the creative production process.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, Film & Television, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong English writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Canva and at least one video editing software.
- Demonstrated creativity, a strong sense of ownership, and eagerness to learn.
- Interest in software technology, artificial intelligence, and professional storytelling.

A university project, personal content page, video portfolio, or any creative sample will be considered a strong advantage.
