Associate Creative Director

Fishbowl is a boutique creative agency known for crafting compelling advertisements that capture attention and spark excitement. We value innovative thinking and are seeking an experienced Associate Creative Director (ACD) to join our team. In this role, you will lead creative teams, develop integrated marketing communications (IMCs) from the ground up, and oversee daily deliverables to ensure high-quality output. You will collaborate closely with Client Services and Design teams to maintain project momentum and meet client expectations. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and guide creative teams through all stages of campaign development, from initial concept to final execution.
- Manage extensive integrated marketing communications projects, ensuring cohesive messaging across multiple platforms.
- Build original creative concepts that align with client goals and brand strategies.
- Oversee day-to-day deliverables, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
- Collaborate effectively with Client Services and Design departments to maintain alignment and project flow.
- Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of creative excellence.
- Present and pitch creative ideas confidently to clients and internal stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind creative decisions.

Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in creative direction and strategy, with a strong portfolio demonstrating leadership of campaigns from concept through completion.
- Experience in branding, including the development of brand identities, communication strategies, and visual storytelling across various touchpoints.
- Proficiency in art direction with a solid body of work spanning digital, print, and social media channels.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide creative professionals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively pitching ideas and explaining creative concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work on-site in Islamabad and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment.
- Relevant educational background in Design, Advertising, Fine Arts, Communications, or a related discipline. Agency experience is highly preferred.
