Associate Developers (Python Django , AWS)

We are seeking five motivated Associate Developers with foundational knowledge of Python, Django, and AWS. The ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong interest in business development, client communication, and technical problem-solving. This role requires excellent communication and selling skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in both B2B and B2C business environments. Candidates should be capable of understanding technical concepts and translating them into practical business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand and address client requirements.
- Assist in developing and maintaining applications using Python, Django, and AWS technologies.
- Engage with clients to communicate technical solutions clearly and effectively.
- Support business development efforts by leveraging technical knowledge and strong interpersonal skills.
- Participate in presentations and client meetings to promote services and solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to business growth.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of professional experience.
- Basic technical knowledge of Python, Django, and AWS.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and selling skills.
- Strong interest in B2B and B2C business models.
- Ability to understand both technical and business requirements.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
- Previous exposure or experience in B2B and B2C business environments is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates from reputable universities such as FAST, NUST, LUMS, COMSATS, and Punjab University will be given preference. This position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs150,000. The work location is on-site, providing an opportunity to collaborate closely with the team and clients.
