We are seeking an entry-level DevOps Engineer with 0 to 2 years of experience in DevOps, cloud technologies, or related systems. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of Linux, networking, Git, and scripting, along with familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) concepts. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and supporting CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows to ensure smooth and reliable software delivery.
- Support cloud resource provisioning, configuration, and routine maintenance activities to optimize infrastructure performance.
- Help manage Docker containers, Kubernetes workloads, and environment setups to facilitate scalable application deployment.
- Monitor system health by reviewing logs, alerts, and basic infrastructure metrics to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Participate in incident triage, escalation, and documentation to maintain operational stability.
- Assist with access management, secrets handling, backups, and adherence to operational checklists to ensure security and compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date infrastructure documentation and runbooks to support knowledge sharing and operational consistency.
- Collaborate effectively with development, QA, security, and infrastructure teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 0 to 2 years of experience in DevOps, cloud, or relevant projects demonstrating a basic understanding of Linux, networking, Git, and scripting.
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and hands-on experience with at least one pipeline tool.
- Basic exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Awareness of containerization technologies like Docker, as well as monitoring and infrastructure security fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot, document findings, and communicate effectively.
- Exposure to Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions is highly desirable.
- Experience or familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Tencent Cloud, Azure, or similar environments.
- Relevant cloud or DevOps certifications that validate foundational knowledge.
- Academic or personal projects involving cloud deployment or automation that demonstrate practical application of skills.
- Willingness to learn, work under guidance, and exhibit strong operational discipline with attention to detail.
- Proactive approach to escalating risks and incidents, along with reliable collaboration and thorough documentation practices.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
