We are seeking a dedicated Associate Engineer with hands-on experience in repairing and troubleshooting UPS, AVR, and power supply systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background and be capable of handling various power products, including installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance. This role is based in Lahore and requires the ability to work on-site, with some travel involved. Fresh candidates with strong technical knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct surveys and gather requirements related to power products such as UPS, AVR, and batteries.
- Understand and evaluate electrical wiring infrastructure, including Wapda, genset, and load systems.
- Perform installation, commissioning, and testing of single-phase and three-phase power products (UPS and AVR).
- Prepare battery banks, connect them with UPS systems, check loads, and test battery backup functionality.
- Handle complaints related to power products, including UPS, AVR, and batteries.
- Inspect UPS units and batteries to diagnose issues and rectify faults.
- Repair UPS and electronic board components at the component level with precision and care.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electronics.
- Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in repairing and troubleshooting UPS, AVR, and power supplies.
- Fresh candidates with sound technical knowledge in the relevant field are also welcome to apply.
- Basic education up to Middle School level is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as part of the job requirements.
- Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Lahore before starting work is preferred.
- Full-time position offering a monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs45,000.
- Work location is in person, providing hands-on experience and direct engagement with power product systems.
