Associate (Expert Networking & Reserach)

DIAKOB Enterprises is seeking a motivated Research Associate to join their team on a US night shift schedule. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals experienced in research, expert networking, and active recruitment to advance their careers. As a Research Associate, you will be responsible for managing recruitment projects, supporting the Team Lead, and mentoring junior team members within a dynamic and fast-paced global research environment. The position is based onsite in Islamabad, operating Monday to Friday from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, and requires a proactive individual ready to take ownership of challenging projects involving international clients and industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead active expert identification and recruitment efforts for various research projects.
- Source, assess, and engage industry professionals aligned with client requirements.
- Review client briefs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet research goals.
- Manage communication, screening, negotiations, and onboarding processes for experts.
- Coordinate project execution, scheduling, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality in expert profiles and research outputs.
- Support the Team Lead in project management, workflow coordination, and achieving targets.
- Mentor junior analysts and assist in onboarding and developing new team members.
- Expand and strengthen DIAKOB’s expert network across diverse industries and geographies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in active recruitment, preferably within market research or expert networking.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other research tools.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in engaging, screening, and negotiating with industry professionals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- A proactive approach with strong ownership and attention to detail.
