Associate Full Stack Developer

FinMatrix is seeking a motivated Associate Full Stack Developer to join our team in Lahore at DHA Phase 8, Broadway Commercial. This full-time, on-site role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and scaling of a modern accounting and business management platform. The platform aims to simplify financial management, inventory tracking, and everyday business operations. Candidates with at least one year of professional experience or a strong portfolio of relevant projects will find this role rewarding as they work across mobile, web, and backend technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
- Build responsive and user-friendly web interfaces with React.
- Create and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using NestJS and Node.js.
- Design and optimize relational databases, including query performance tuning.
- Integrate frontend applications seamlessly with backend services.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance application performance.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to deliver reliable, scalable features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code following best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with React Native and React frameworks.
- Working knowledge of NestJS or strong fundamentals in Node.js backend development.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
- Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience with Git and collaborative version control workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Minimum of one year of professional experience or a demonstrable portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
