We are looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our team and help build scalable, high-performance web applications. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with React.js on the frontend and Node.js/Express.js on the backend. This role involves designing and implementing robust RESTful APIs, integrating databases, and working closely with UI/UX designers and DevOps teams to deliver seamless software solutions. A strong focus on writing clean, maintainable code and optimizing application performance across the entire stack is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using React.js for frontend development and Node.js/Express.js for backend services. Design and manage RESTful APIs to enable efficient communication between client and server. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards. Integrate databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL with server-side logic to ensure smooth data management. Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT, OAuth, or similar technologies. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to improve usability and enhance the overall user experience. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance on both frontend and backend components. Partner with DevOps teams to deploy, monitor, and maintain applications in production environments.
Required Qualifications
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) with solid experience in React.js and Node.js development. Experience working with Express.js and state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API. Proven ability to design and implement RESTful APIs. Familiarity with database technologies including MongoDB and SQL-based systems. Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap. Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git and GitHub, and experience working within agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills combined with effective communication abilities. Experience with TypeScript is essential.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Knowledge of modern frameworks and tools such as Next.js, GraphQL, or Socket.io is highly desirable. Exposure to continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, containerization technologies like Docker, and cloud services including AWS will be advantageous. Basic understanding of testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Cypress to ensure code quality and reliability is preferred.
