Associate Ground Operations - Hyderabad (Contractual)

Flix is seeking a motivated and driven Associate Ground Operations professional to join our expanding team in Hyderabad. This contractual role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the seamless operation of our intercity travel services in South India, one of the fastest-growing bus markets globally. You will play a key role in managing bus operations, ground logistics, vendor coordination, and data-driven process improvements, all within a tech-forward and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage parking and fleet operations to ensure smooth daily activities.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and mystery checks, documenting all findings accurately.
- Perform regular site visits to curbside stops, identifying and resolving operational challenges.
- Support branding initiatives at curbside stops to enhance customer experience and visibility.
- Oversee the distribution and inventory management of bus equipment, track stock levels, and coordinate timely reorders with vendors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during GoLive activities to support service launches and increase offline ticket sales in the assigned city.
- Enforce strict quality and safety standards among bus partners through regular audits and compliance checks.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in intercity travel operations or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Hindi to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in analyzing operational data to identify trends and implement efficiency improvements.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting with flexibility to work in shifts, including 24/7 schedules; personal needs are considered when creating schedules.
