The HR Associate will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department by managing core operational and administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle. This position involves maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, assisting with recruitment activities, and addressing daily HR-related queries. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and digital employee files, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Perform daily data entry and maintain records within the HRIS systems such as Odoo or Resourceinn.
- Prepare standard employment documents including offer letters, contracts, and experience letters.
- Assist in screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating interview logistics for candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including IT setup coordination and facility orientation.
- Support offboarding activities by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating exit clearance procedures.
- Serve as the first point of contact for routine employee inquiries related to HR policies, leave balances, and facility rules.
- Monitor daily attendance records, manage leave requests, and oversee mess and facility compliance logs.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of practical experience in HR operations or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel and Word, along with familiarity with HRIS platforms or Google Workspace tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail, and a disciplined approach to processes.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Compensation and Work Location

The position offers a starting salary of Rs 50,000 per month. This is an in-person role requiring the candidate to work from the designated office location.
