At PwC, professionals in audit and assurance deliver independent and objective evaluations of financial statements, internal controls, and other assurable information to enhance credibility and reliability for various stakeholders. They assess compliance with regulations, including governance and risk management processes and associated controls. Within the business transformation digital solutions team, you will support clients undergoing large-scale digital transformations using platforms such as SAP, Oracle, OneStream, Workday, and Identity and Access Management tools. This role involves helping clients manage risk and controls throughout their transformation journey by evaluating ERP security, business processes, and IT General Controls, while providing guidance on industry best practices.
The position focuses on supporting the design, implementation, adoption, and governance of digital transformation initiatives within the Assurance practice. You will enable audit teams through innovative technologies, drive user adoption, support process improvements, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and contribute to deploying emerging audit and AI-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and rollout of assurance technologies and digital transformation initiatives across the firm.
- Assist with user adoption activities, including communications, awareness campaigns, and change management efforts.
- Collaborate with methodology leaders, territory stakeholders, and project teams to gather requirements, secure approvals, and prepare for implementation.
- Conduct research and analysis on emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and audit innovation opportunities.
- Coordinate meetings, stakeholder interviews, project communications, and transformation network activities.
- Monitor project progress, maintain documentation repositories, and track implementation actions, risks, and dependencies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with one or more years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities while demonstrating sound management acumen.
- Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Candidates with knowledge or experience in the following areas will be well-positioned for success: AI fluency, audit internal controls, ERP system integration (especially SAP), business process improvement, IT controls, digital tooling, and security control assessments. Additional valuable skills include active listening, emotional regulation, empathy, intellectual curiosity, and inclusion. Familiarity with SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), SAP HCM, and SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) is advantageous.
