At PwC, professionals in audit and assurance deliver independent and objective evaluations of financial statements, internal controls, and other assurable information to enhance credibility and reliability for various stakeholders. They assess compliance with regulations, governance, risk management processes, and related controls. Within the business transformation digital solutions team, you will support clients undergoing large-scale digital transformations using platforms such as SAP, Oracle, OneStream, Workday, and Identity and Access Management tools. Your role involves leveraging innovative solutions to help clients manage risks and controls throughout their transformation journey. You will evaluate ERP security, business processes, and IT General Controls, while guiding clients on best practice recommendations.
The primary purpose of this role is to support the design, implementation, adoption, and governance of digital transformation initiatives within the Assurance practice. This includes enabling audit teams through cutting-edge technologies, driving user adoption, facilitating business process improvements, coordinating stakeholder engagement, and contributing to the deployment of emerging audit and AI-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and rollout of assurance technologies and digital transformation initiatives across the firm.
- Assist with user adoption activities, including communications, awareness campaigns, and change management initiatives.
- Collaborate with methodology leaders, territory stakeholders, and project teams to gather requirements, secure approvals, and support implementation readiness.
- Conduct research and analysis on emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and audit innovation opportunities.
- Coordinate meetings, stakeholder interviews, project communications, and transformation network activities.
- Monitor project progress, maintain documentation repositories, and track implementation actions, risks, and dependencies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution is mandatory.
- Fresh graduates as well as candidates with one or more years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Preferred skills include familiarity with audit internal controls, ERP system integration, IT controls, and business process improvement. Knowledge of digital tooling, AI fluency, and experience with SAP ERP modules such as Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), HCM, and Supply Chain Management (SCM) is advantageous. Additional competencies such as active listening, emotional regulation, empathy, intellectual curiosity, and optimism are valued in this role.
