Within the business transformation digital solutions team, you will support clients through large-scale digital transformations using platforms such as SAP, Oracle, OneStream, Workday, and Identity and Access Management tools. This role involves leveraging innovative solutions to help clients manage risk and controls throughout their transformation journey. You will evaluate ERP security, business processes, and IT General Controls while advising clients on best practices. The position supports the design, implementation, adoption, and governance of digital transformation initiatives within the Assurance practice, focusing on enabling audit teams through technology, driving user adoption, improving business processes, coordinating stakeholder engagement, and contributing to emerging audit and AI-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and rollout of assurance technologies and digital transformation initiatives across the firm.
- Assist with user adoption activities, communications, awareness campaigns, and change management efforts.
- Collaborate with methodology leaders, territory stakeholders, and project teams to gather requirements, secure approvals, and prepare for implementation readiness.
- Conduct research and analysis on emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and audit innovation opportunities.
- Coordinate meetings, stakeholder interviews, project communications, and transformation network activities.
- Monitor project progress, maintain documentation repositories, and track implementation actions, risks, and dependencies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution is mandatory.
- Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with one or more years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Familiarity with audit internal controls, ERP system integration, and IT controls.

- Experience or interest in AI fluency and AI-human collaboration in audit contexts.
- Understanding of SAP ERP modules such as Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), HCM, and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Skills in security control assessment and access control management.
- Strong emotional regulation, empathy, intellectual curiosity, and optimism to foster inclusive team dynamics.
- Ability to accept feedback constructively and demonstrate active listening.
