Additionally, in the business transformation digital solutions area, professionals support clients through large-scale digital initiatives involving platforms like SAP, Oracle, OneStream, Workday, and Identity and Access Management tools. This role involves assessing ERP security, business processes, and IT general controls while guiding clients on best practices throughout their transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, implementation, and rollout of assurance technologies and digital transformation initiatives across the firm.
- Assist with user adoption efforts, including communications, awareness campaigns, and change management activities.
- Collaborate with methodology leaders, regional stakeholders, and project teams to gather requirements, secure approvals, and prepare for implementation.
- Conduct research and analysis on emerging technologies, artificial intelligence capabilities, and opportunities for audit innovation.
- Coordinate meetings, stakeholder interviews, project communications, and activities within the transformation network.
- Monitor project progress by maintaining documentation repositories and tracking actions, risks, and dependencies related to implementation.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution is mandatory.
- Fresh graduates as well as candidates with one or more years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities while demonstrating sound management acumen.
