Within PwC’s audit and assurance practice, professionals focus on delivering independent and objective evaluations of financial statements, internal controls, and other verifiable information. This work enhances the credibility and reliability of data for various stakeholders while ensuring compliance with regulations through governance and risk management assessments.
In the business transformation digital solutions team, you will play a key role in assisting clients with large-scale digital transformations using platforms such as SAP, Oracle, OneStream, Workday, and Identity and Access Management tools. Your work will involve leveraging innovative technologies to help clients manage risks and controls throughout their transformation journeys. This includes assessing ERP security, business processes, and IT general controls, while also educating clients on industry best practices.
The primary purpose of this role is to support the design, implementation, adoption, and governance of digital transformation initiatives within the Assurance practice. You will enable audit teams by driving the adoption of innovative technologies, supporting business process improvements, coordinating stakeholder engagement, and contributing to the deployment of emerging audit and AI-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and rollout of assurance technologies and digital transformation initiatives across the firm.
- Assist with user adoption activities, including communications, awareness campaigns, and change management efforts.
- Collaborate with methodology leaders, territory stakeholders, and project teams to gather requirements, secure approvals, and ensure readiness for implementation.
- Conduct research and analysis on emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and opportunities for audit innovation.
- Coordinate meetings, stakeholder interviews, project communications, and activities within the transformation network.
- Monitor project progress, maintain documentation repositories, and track implementation actions, risks, and dependencies.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution is mandatory.
- Fresh graduates as well as candidates with one or more years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities while demonstrating sound management acumen.
