We are currently building a talent pool for upcoming opportunities and will contact candidates whose qualifications align with future roles. We are looking for an Intermediate Analytics Engineer who possesses a strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, honest, innovative, collaborative, and customer-focused, with proven experience in the Data Analytics field and familiarity with Agile methodologies. This role involves joining a dynamic team of 40 members, including the department head, and reporting directly to the Practice Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify gaps and areas for improvement within Data Analytics and propose effective solutions to enhance processes.
- Develop, implement, and maintain data analytics solutions that meet the company’s analytical needs.
- Manage and prioritize the practice backlog to improve team standards and support continuous learning initiatives.
- Execute tasks across the functional backlog, providing support for processes spanning Operations, Development, Reporting, and Program Management.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 7 years of professional experience in the Data Analytics domain.
- Demonstrated experience working in an Agile environment.
- Hands-on expertise with Data Lake and Data Warehousing technologies.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation tools.
- Proficiency in ETL processes and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
- Strong command of Shell Scripting for automation and task management.
- Ability to write advanced SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience or working knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, R, Scala, or Python.
