Associate Lawyer

Net Lawman is an international online legal services provider operating across eight countries, offering practical and cost-effective alternatives to traditional law firms. By combining technology with experienced legal professionals, we aim to make legal services more accessible and easier to understand for both individuals and businesses. We are currently seeking an experienced lawyer with strong expertise in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and update the existing library of commercial legal templates.
- Review contracts and other legal documents submitted by clients.
- Draft bespoke commercial contracts and related legal documents tailored to client needs.
- Conduct thorough legal research to ensure documents comply with current laws and best drafting practices.
- Identify legal and commercial risks, clearly explaining these to clients in practical terms.
- Translate complex legal concepts into clear, accessible language.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance and develop our legal products and services.

Required Qualifications
- A strong law degree with excellent academic results.
- Significant practical experience in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
- Excellent written English with a high level of grammatical accuracy.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Ability to work independently, managing deadlines without close supervision.
- Capability to work collaboratively when necessary.
- Genuine interest in legal drafting, research, and the integration of technology in legal services.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This role suits lawyers who are confident managing their workload autonomously. Depending on experience and preference, we offer two working arrangements: in-house employment or remote commission-based work. Payment structures may include fixed fees for specific assignments and/or commissions based on revenue generated from completed legal work.
