We are seeking an Associate Manager, Business Strategy & Operations to help scale our go-to-market organization. This leadership role involves managing a team and collaborating across departments to enhance reporting, forecasting, productivity, growth, retention, and operational efficiency. The position requires strong business acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to simplify complex challenges into actionable decisions and scalable processes. This role is based in Lahore with a hybrid work model, aligned with U.S. Eastern Time hours, requiring 3–4 days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts and operations professionals to drive performance and growth.
- Own critical operating processes such as forecasting, business reviews, KPI and pipeline reporting, and productivity analysis.
- Translate strategic business priorities into practical workflows, measurable metrics, and clear execution plans.
- Manage complex analyses and cross-functional projects from initial problem identification through to implementation.
- Enhance reporting accuracy, data quality, automation, documentation, and scalability of processes.
- Identify performance gaps, analyze root causes, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Finance, Business Intelligence, Data, and other teams to align objectives and optimize business results.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business operations, sales operations, strategy, analytics, consulting, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring analysts, operations teams, or cross-functional groups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to link data and processes to business outcomes.
- Experience developing or enhancing reporting, forecasting, dashboards, planning processes, or operational workflows.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, ownership mindset, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working in SaaS, technology, or other high-growth environments is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Snowflake, SQL, Google Sheets, BI tools, or workflow automation platforms is preferred.
