Associate Manager, Business Strategy & Operations

We are currently seeking an Associate Manager, Business Strategy & Operations to join our team in Lahore. This hybrid role, aligned with U.S. Eastern Time hours, requires 3 to 4 days per week in the office. The successful candidate will lead a team and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance reporting, forecasting, productivity, growth, retention, and operational efficiency. This position demands strong business judgment, analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex challenges into clear decisions and scalable processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts and operations professionals to drive performance and growth.
- Own and optimize key operating processes including forecasting, business reviews, KPI and pipeline reporting, and productivity analysis.
- Translate business priorities into actionable workflows, metrics, and execution plans that support organizational goals.
- Manage complex analyses and cross-functional projects from problem definition through to implementation.
- Enhance reporting accuracy, data quality, automation, documentation, and scalability of processes.
- Identify performance gaps, analyze root causes, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
- Partner closely with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Finance, Business Intelligence, Data, and other teams to align priorities and drive business improvements.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business operations, sales operations, strategy, analytics, consulting, finance, or related fields.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring analysts, operations professionals, or cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on linking data and processes to business results.
- Demonstrated success in building or enhancing reporting, forecasting, dashboards, planning processes, or operational workflows.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, ownership mentality, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information:
- Experience working in SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Snowflake, SQL, Google Sheets, BI tools, or workflow automation platforms is preferred.
