Associate Marketing Manager

Enlatics is seeking a motivated and experienced B2B SaaS marketer to step into the role of Associate Marketing Manager / Marketing Lead. This full-time, on-site contractual position offers the opportunity to take full ownership of marketing strategies and execution for multiple SaaS products within the FinTech and RegTech sectors. The ideal candidate will be ready to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage diverse marketing campaigns, and drive growth by leveraging both traditional and AI-powered marketing tools. Based in Lahore, this role requires a proactive individual with a strong ownership mindset who is eager to transition into a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own comprehensive marketing strategies for multiple B2B SaaS products and sub-products.
- Lead and execute initiatives across Account-Based Marketing (ABM), B2B lead generation, SEO, content marketing, and AI-driven marketing efforts.
- Collaborate closely with sales, content, SEO, creative, and outreach teams to plan and coordinate marketing campaigns.
- Manage product positioning, campaign execution, marketing pipelines, and growth initiatives to maximize impact.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare detailed reports, and maintain clear and organized marketing documentation.
- Identify new opportunities for marketing improvements and process enhancements, taking full ownership of outcomes.
- Utilize AI tools and workflows to enhance research capabilities, content creation, campaign execution, and overall productivity.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS marketing is mandatory.
- Proven hands-on experience in ABM, lead generation, SEO, and content marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear reports and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple products, campaigns, and competing priorities.
- A strong ownership mindset and a clear interest in progressing into a Marketing Lead role.

Preferred Qualifications and Tools
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and/or Salesforce.
- Proficiency in SEO tools including Ahrefs, Semrush, or Google Search Console.
- Familiarity with AI marketing tools like Claude, Claude Cowork, or similar platforms.
- Comfortable working within Google Workspace for collaboration and documentation.

This role is well-suited for a Senior Marketing Executive or Senior Marketing Specialist with a solid background in B2B SaaS marketing who is ready to expand their responsibilities into broader marketing leadership and product ownership. Additional Details
- Employment Type: Full-time, on-site, contractual
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, morning shift
- Location: OPF Society, near Valencia Town, Lahore
- Salary Range: PKR 110,000 to PKR 150,000 per month, commensurate with experience and skills
