We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join our product team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior product managers and cross-functional teams to execute product strategy, enhance user experience, and drive data-informed decision-making. Your responsibilities will include analyzing user behavior, managing product requirements, tracking key performance metrics, and supporting experiments that fuel growth and retention. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing the product roadmap and managing day-to-day product initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams to support feature planning and delivery.
- Define, track, and report on product KPIs and success metrics.
- Analyze user behavior and product performance using tools such as Amplitude, Google Analytics, Firebase, and Excel.
- Support funnel analysis to identify drop-offs, optimization opportunities, and growth levers.
- Assist in designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests and experiments, including documentation of results.
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market research to inform product decisions.
- Maintain product documentation, including PRDs and release notes.
- Prepare clear and concise reports and insights for senior product leaders and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, analytics, or a related role.
- Strong curiosity about how products are built end-to-end and a data-informed mindset.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Google Analytics, Firebase, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of product metrics, funnels, user behavior, and experimentation concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills with fluency in English.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
- Ability to move fast, adapt quickly, and thrive in a high-growth environment.
- Growth mindset with eagerness to learn, experiment, and take ownership.
