Associate Product Manager

Unduit is a US-based B2B SaaS company specializing in IT Asset Lifecycle Management. Our platform enables IT, HR, and Operations teams to efficiently manage corporate devices such as laptops, phones, and tablets throughout their entire lifecycle—from procurement and deployment to repair, recovery, secure data destruction, and disposal. Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze user and business requirements, translating them into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support the product roadmap, manage the backlog, prioritize features, and oversee feature execution.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver impactful product features.
- Conduct user research and analyze customer and product feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with feature launches and monitor product performance and user adoption metrics.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous product improvement initiatives.
- Identify product issues and opportunities, working with relevant teams to develop effective solutions.

Required Qualifications

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Analysis, Business Analysis, or a related role.
- Experience working with B2B SaaS or technology products is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira and best practices in product documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of data analysis and SQL is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
