Associate Product Manager

This full-time, on-site Associate Product Manager position is based at Techbanq’s Lahore office. The role involves supporting the entire product lifecycle by gathering and documenting requirements, conducting market and user research, and assisting in prioritizing features alongside senior product managers and cross-functional teams. The Associate Product Manager will coordinate closely with engineering and design teams, track progress against product roadmaps, analyze performance metrics, and prepare clear communications and documentation for stakeholders. Additionally, the role includes supporting product launches, collecting user feedback, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the end-to-end product lifecycle, including requirements gathering and documentation.
- Conduct market, competitor, and user research to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with senior product managers and cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, data, and operations to prioritize features and ensure alignment.
- Track progress against product roadmaps and timelines.
- Analyze product performance metrics to define success criteria and support data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare clear and concise communication materials and documentation for stakeholders.
- Assist in product launches and gather user feedback to drive continuous product improvement, particularly for AI-driven solutions.

Required Qualifications

- Strong foundation in product management practices, including backlog management and roadmap support.
- Proven ability to perform market and user research and translate insights into actionable product strategies.
- Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams to drive project alignment and delivery.
- Analytical skills to interpret product data and define success metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear documentation and stakeholder updates.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Lahore within a diverse and inclusive team environment.
