Associate Program Manager, Technical Outreach

Motive is seeking an Associate Program Manager, Technical Outreach to lead initiatives that enhance technical knowledge sharing and collaboration across Technical Support Engineering and related teams. In this role, you will coordinate and execute outreach programs, organize technical sessions, and translate complex technical topics into clear, actionable resources. You will also serve as a liaison between customers and development teams by turning recurring support feedback into guidance that drives product improvements. Reporting to the Manager of Technical Support Engineering, this position plays a key role in fostering communication and continuous learning within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate technical outreach programs from initial planning through successful execution.
- Advocate for customers by identifying recurring support themes and translating them into clear guidance for Product and Engineering teams.
- Provide development teams with actionable technical and customer insights to support product enhancements.
- Plan and facilitate technical sessions, product briefings, office hours, and knowledge-sharing forums to promote cross-team collaboration.
- Partner with Technical Support Engineering, Product, Engineering, and Enablement teams to identify knowledge gaps and prioritize outreach efforts.
- Create and maintain clear, concise technical content tailored for support teams and other stakeholders.
- Track program outcomes and leverage feedback to continuously improve outreach initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in program coordination, technical enablement, technical support, operations, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
- Solid understanding of SaaS products, technical troubleshooting, or support workflows.
- Strong aptitude for translating complex technical concepts and customer needs into clear, actionable guidance for development teams.
- Experience using data and customer feedback to prioritize improvements and measure program effectiveness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational abilities and stakeholder management experience.
