Associate Project Manager

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to join our project management team. This entry-level role is perfect for fresh graduates eager to gain practical experience in software project management within Agile environments. The successful candidate will support day-to-day coordination and documentation activities, helping to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication among team members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining project documentation, reports, and trackers to ensure all project information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Support the preparation of meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to facilitate effective team collaboration.
- Help coordinate tasks between project managers, team members, and stakeholders, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Assist in tracking project progress and updating project management tools to provide visibility into project status.
- Support Agile/Scrum activities such as sprint planning and reviews, with a focus on learning and contributing to team processes.
- Contribute to requirement documentation and perform basic project coordination tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Recently completed a degree in Project Management or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and project coordination principles.
- Strong communication and documentation skills to effectively capture and share project information.
- Willingness to learn project management tools and software workflows to enhance productivity.
- Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Office Hours: 01 PM - 10 PM
