We are seeking a skilled Software Tester with 2 to 4 years of experience, preferably in ERP systems, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies, with the ability to develop comprehensive test cases independently. Experience with B2C and B2B integration processes will be considered an advantage. This role requires familiarity with various ERP modules including Sales, Production, Procurement, Inventory, and Finance. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute detailed test cases and test scripts with minimal supervision to ensure software quality and functionality.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective testing strategies.
- Participate actively in Scrum meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
- Validate integration points, especially in B2C and B2B environments, to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Monitor and report defects, working with developers to facilitate timely resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, cases, and results for audit and review purposes.
- Support various ERP modules including Sales, Production, Procurement, Inventory, and Finance by thoroughly testing related functionalities.

Required Qualifications

- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in software testing, preferably within ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of test methodologies, including manual and automated testing approaches.
- Proven ability to develop and execute test cases independently.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum.
- Good understanding of ERP modules such as Sales, Production, Procurement, Inventory, and Finance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute positively to team goals.
