Key Responsibilities
- Test games across various Android and iOS devices, covering different resolutions and performance levels to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Identify, reproduce, document, and verify gameplay and technical bugs to maintain high-quality standards.
- Validate key components such as analytics events, advertisements, in-app purchases (IAP), consent flows, and SDK integrations.
- Conduct testing on Firebase, Remote Config, notifications, and other systems related to game releases.
- Verify game builds prior to Play Store testing and production releases to ensure stability and compliance.
- Monitor crashes, Application Not Responding (ANR) errors, and overall technical stability of the games.
- Support release processes on the Google Play Console, including internal testing and rollout checks.
- Utilize AI tools to assist with test-case generation, bug summarization, log analysis, and regression planning.
- Maintain reusable QA checklists and streamline release processes across multiple projects to improve efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Up to one year of experience in testing mobile games or mobile applications.
- Solid understanding of Android and iOS build processes as well as Play Store release procedures.
- Familiarity with Firebase, analytics platforms, advertising SDKs, and monetization systems.
- Ability to investigate logs thoroughly and reproduce technical issues accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to quality assurance.
