We are seeking an experienced testing professional with a strong background in Financial Services and Capital Markets to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience testing both web and desktop applications, with a solid understanding of ETL processes and basic test automation. This role requires direct interaction with clients and stakeholders based in the USA, demanding excellent communication skills and the ability to manage expectations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough testing of web and desktop applications within the Financial Services and Capital Markets domain.
- Perform ETL testing to ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the data pipeline.
- Apply basic test automation techniques to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Collaborate directly with USA-based clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any issues promptly.
- Communicate clearly and professionally across teams to facilitate smooth project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 10 to 12 years of hands-on experience in testing web and desktop applications, specifically within Financial Services or Capital Markets.
- Proven experience in ETL testing, ensuring data validation and transformation accuracy.
- Basic knowledge and practical experience in test automation tools and frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with USA clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering accordingly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with diverse teams and clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Private Equity domain is considered an advantage and will be valued.
- Exposure to AI testing methodologies and tools is a plus, enhancing the candidate’s ability to contribute to innovative testing approaches.
