Associate Software Engineer - AI/ML

Key Responsibilities
Develop, train, test, and optimize machine learning models tailored for practical applications. Assist in designing and implementing AI-driven solutions using both machine learning and deep learning techniques. Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze diverse datasets, including structured and unstructured data. Utilize popular libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch to build and refine models. Explore and implement Generative AI solutions, leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), APIs, and prompt engineering strategies. Evaluate model performance using relevant metrics, continuously working to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate closely with software engineers and cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML models seamlessly into applications. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and adhere to best practices in code quality, testing, and version control. Stay informed about emerging trends, tools, and technologies in the AI/ML landscape to ensure solutions remain innovative and effective.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. Between six months to one year of practical experience in AI/ML development, gained through professional roles, internships, or relevant projects. Strong programming fundamentals with proficiency in Python. Working knowledge of essential libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn. A solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms. Basic familiarity with deep learning concepts and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. Foundational knowledge of REST APIs, Git version control, and model deployment processes. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
