Associate Software Engineer- MERN

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Software Engineer to join our development team based in Islamabad. This position is well-suited for fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience who are enthusiastic about building scalable applications and advancing their skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues to ensure optimal performance
- Participate actively in code reviews and team meetings to maintain code quality
- Collaborate with QA, Product, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Learn and apply best coding practices and industry standards
- Support deployment processes and monitor applications post-release for any issues

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and data structures
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#
- Basic knowledge of databases, including SQL and NoSQL systems
- Familiarity with version control tools, especially Git
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members

Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or project experience related to software development
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and their integration
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
