Associate Software Engineer- MERN

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Software Engineer to join our development team in Islamabad. This position is well-suited for fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience who are enthusiastic about building scalable applications and advancing their skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to contribute to the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Participate actively in code reviews and team meetings to maintain code quality.
- Collaborate effectively with QA, Product, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Learn and implement best coding practices and development standards.
- Support deployment processes and monitor applications post-release for any issues.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and data structures.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
- Basic knowledge of databases, including both SQL and NoSQL systems.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills to address technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate within the team and across departments.

Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or project experience related to software development.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and how to integrate them into applications.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
