Associate Software Engineer - MERN

We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic Associate Software Engineers to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize web and mobile applications across multiple technology stacks.
- Apply core computer science concepts such as object-oriented programming (OOP), data structures, algorithms, and design patterns to create scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance application features.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code adhering to industry best practices.
- Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases to manage data storage and retrieval.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and code efficiency.
- Participate actively in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
- Continuously learn and implement new technologies to improve product quality and development processes.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and devise effective solutions.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with software development best practices.
- Strong logical thinking and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate well within a team.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
