Associate Software Engineer - Open Stack

We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic Associate Software Engineers to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and optimize web and mobile applications using various technology stacks.
- Apply core computer science concepts such as object-oriented programming (OOP), data structures, algorithms, and design patterns to build scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance application features.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code adhering to industry best practices.
- Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases for effective data storage and retrieval.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and code efficiency to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Actively participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve overall code quality.
- Continuously learn and adopt new technologies to enhance product quality and team capabilities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with software development best practices and methodologies.
- Strong logical thinking and a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
