Associate Software Engineer - OpenStack

Devsinc is seeking Associate Software Engineers with at least six months of professional experience in software development. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in programming fundamentals, a solid grasp of object-oriented programming, data structures, and database management. This role involves hands-on development and debugging of applications, contributing to the enhancement of existing software, troubleshooting technical challenges, and collaborating closely with the engineering team to deliver reliable and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain software applications.
- Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to write scalable and maintainable code.
- Manage and optimize data using SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Implement data structures and algorithms to improve application performance.
- Analyze and solve logical and analytical problems to enhance system efficiency.
- Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning activities.
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
- Proficient knowledge of databases, including SQL and NoSQL, with experience in query optimization.
- Solid grasp of data structures and algorithms for writing efficient code.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with strong logical and analytical thinking.
- Basic knowledge of software development best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- A proactive attitude with a strong eagerness to learn new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with Python, Golang, NestJS, Ruby on Rails (ROR), or React.js.
