Associate Software Quality Assurance Engineer

TechnoCares is seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our team as Associate Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineers. This full-time, on-site position is based in Model Town, Lahore. If you have a keen eye for detail, a curious mindset, and a strong ability to learn quickly, this role offers an excellent opportunity to start your career in software testing. You will work on diverse projects involving web, mobile, and API-based applications, gaining exposure to modern testing technologies and real-world business domains such as Automotive, Insurance, and ERP.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing to ensure software quality.
- Identify, document, and track software defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Test applications across multiple platforms including web, mobile, and APIs.
- Learn and understand business workflows within Automotive, Insurance, and ERP sectors.
- Explore and contribute to QA automation efforts, including the use of AI agents and intelligent testing tools.

Required Qualifications
- Completed a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related computing discipline.
- Demonstrated strong analytical thinking and exceptional ability to learn new concepts quickly.
- Good communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and fundamental software testing concepts.
