Associate Solutions Consultant

Code District, a prominent software development firm specializing in advanced solutions for enterprises, growing businesses, and startups, is looking for an Associate Solutions Consultant to join their team onsite in Gulberg, Lahore. This role is pivotal in managing the entire pre-sales lifecycle, from initial client engagement to delivery handover. The successful candidate will support business growth by delivering innovative software solutions and driving digital transformation using the latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Lead discovery sessions and workshops with international clients to understand their business objectives, constraints, and gather clear, structured requirements. Translate these client needs into well-defined solutions and technical approaches, effectively communicating key decisions, options, and trade-offs. Manage Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI) processes end-to-end, including qualification, response planning, and final proposal submission. Collaborate closely with Engineering and Delivery teams to develop proposals, effort estimates, and statements of work. Deliver solution presentations and demonstrations to both technical and executive stakeholders. Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities, develop pursuit strategies, and position deals effectively. Work alongside Engineering and Delivery to validate solution feasibility and ensure a smooth, structured handover on won engagements. Maintain and enhance a library of pre-sales assets such as proposals, case studies, and other materials to improve response quality and increase win rates.

Required Qualifications
Between 6 to 18 months of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or a similar client-facing role within IT services or software. Adequate technical knowledge to design credible solutions and confidently engage with engineering teams. Proven experience collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Delivery teams to advance deals from opportunity through to handover. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work comfortably with international clients. Demonstrated ownership, discipline, and professionalism, including the ability to work directly with senior leadership.
