Associate Solutions Consultant

Code District is a leading software development company specializing in delivering advanced software solutions to enterprises, growing businesses, and startups. We drive business growth through innovative software and digital transformation by leveraging the latest technologies. We are currently seeking an Associate Solutions Consultant to manage the entire pre-sales lifecycle, from the initial client interaction through to the delivery handover. This role is based onsite in Gulberg, Lahore.

Key Responsibilities

- Discovery & Requirement Gathering: Lead discovery sessions and workshops with international clients to understand their business goals and constraints, capturing clear and structured requirements.
- Solution Design: Translate client needs into well-defined solutions and technical approaches, clearly communicating key decisions, options, and trade-offs.
- RFP/RFI Management: Own the end-to-end process of RFP and RFI responses, from qualification and response planning to final proposal submission.
- Proposals & Estimation: Collaborate with Engineering and Delivery teams to develop proposals, effort estimates, and statements of work.
- Presentations & Demos: Deliver solution presentations and demonstrations to both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Sales Partnership: Work closely with the Sales team on opportunity qualification, pursuit strategy, and deal positioning.
- Handover to Delivery: Partner with Engineering and Delivery to validate solution feasibility and ensure a smooth, structured handover for won engagements.
- Pre-sales Assets & Practices: Maintain a library of proposals, case studies, and pre-sales materials while contributing to the continuous improvement of our deal-winning processes.

Required Qualifications

- 6 to 18 months of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or a similar client-facing role within IT services or software.
- Sufficient technical knowledge to design credible solutions and confidently engage with engineering teams.
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Delivery teams to advance deals from opportunity through to handover.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work comfortably with international clients.
- A high level of ownership, discipline, and professionalism, with the confidence to work directly with senior leadership.
