Associate Solutions Consultant

Code District is a leading software development company specializing in delivering high-end software solutions to enterprises, growing businesses, and startups. We focus on driving business growth through innovative software and digital transformation by leveraging the latest technologies. We are currently seeking an Associate Solutions Consultant to manage the entire pre-sales lifecycle, from the initial client conversation through to the delivery handover. This role is based on-site in Gulberg, Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:
- Discovery & Requirement Gathering: Lead discovery sessions and workshops with international clients to understand their business goals and constraints. Capture clear and structured requirements to ensure alignment.
- Solution Design: Translate client needs into well-defined technical solutions, clearly communicating key decisions, options, and trade-offs.
- RFP/RFI Management: Take full ownership of RFP and RFI responses, from qualification and response planning to final proposal submission.
- Proposals & Estimation: Collaborate with Engineering and Delivery teams to develop proposals, effort estimates, and statements of work.
- Presentations & Demos: Deliver compelling solution presentations and demonstrations to both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Sales Partnership: Work closely with Sales teams on opportunity qualification, pursuit strategy, and deal positioning to maximize success.
- Handover to Delivery: Partner with Engineering and Delivery to validate solution feasibility and ensure a smooth, structured handover for won engagements.
- Pre-sales Assets & Practices: Maintain and improve a library of proposals, case studies, and pre-sales materials to enhance response quality and win rates.

Required Qualifications:
- 6 to 18 months of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or a similar client-facing role within IT services or software development.
- Adequate technical knowledge to design credible solutions and confidently engage with engineering teams.
- Proven experience collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Delivery teams to progress deals from opportunity to handover.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work comfortably with international clients.
- Strong sense of ownership, discipline, and professionalism, with the ability to interact directly with senior leadership.
