UTECH HUB is seeking an Associate Technical Project Manager to join their team onsite in Johar Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in technical project management or a related technical role. This position requires taking full ownership of project delivery, managing technical teams, and maintaining clear communication with clients. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, meet high-quality standards, and have minimal bugs. This role demands a proactive approach, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines, priorities, and team performance to ensure smooth delivery.
- Oversee task completion and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Maintain quality standards before delivering work to clients, ensuring minimal defects.
- Coordinate effectively with developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and manage expectations.
- Identify potential blockers, risks, and scope changes early in the project lifecycle.
- Guide developers on technical approaches, development best practices, and problem-solving.
- Ensure thorough testing, code reviews, proper documentation, and smooth release processes.
- Utilize AI tools strategically to enhance productivity, improve quality, support documentation, and aid problem resolution.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Technical Project Management or a similar technical capacity.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile processes.
- Solid technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, databases, and software architecture principles.
- Excellent English communication skills with proven client-handling experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead diverse technical teams effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce is a strong advantage. Familiarity with Salesforce Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, integrations, sandboxes, deployments, and Salesforce best practices is highly desirable.

This role offers a competitive salary range of PKR 120,000 to 200,000 per month and the opportunity to work onsite in a dynamic environment where technical expertise and project management skills are highly appreciated.
