We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented entry-level recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to six months of recruitment experience who are eager to develop their skills in technical recruitment. The successful candidate will support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and assisting senior recruiters in building strong talent pipelines. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while learning about various technology roles and recruitment best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review CVs against job requirements under the guidance of senior recruiters.
- Conduct initial screening calls to collect information regarding candidates’ experience, availability, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Keep candidate records and recruitment trackers accurate and up to date.
- Support senior recruiters in preparing shortlists and building talent pipelines.
- Follow up with candidates during the recruitment and joining stages to ensure a smooth process.
- Develop a solid understanding of technology roles, common skills, and recruitment practices to enhance effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to six months of recruitment experience; relevant internship experience is considered a plus.
- Strong interest in technical recruitment and a willingness to learn about technology roles.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to take feedback constructively, follow instructions, and work collaboratively within a team.
- Professional approach to handling confidential candidate and client information.
