Asst. Manager Financial Reporting

This opportunity is open exclusively to ACCA Affiliate, CMA, or MBA Finance professionals; Chartered Accountants (CA) are not eligible for this role. Based in Lahore at the NASTP location, this position requires on-site work and falls within the Finance department. The ideal candidate will have between 2 to 4 years of relevant experience and possess strong finance fundamentals, particularly in accounting, financial reporting, and ERP systems. The role focuses on supporting financial reporting and accounting operations, with a significant emphasis on the setup, implementation, and stabilization of the Odoo ERP system.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting entries to ensure financial data integrity.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and KPI dashboards to support decision-making.
- Perform reconciliations of bank statements, ledgers, vendor accounts, and control accounts.
- Support month-end closing activities, conduct variance analysis, and assist in financial reporting processes.
- Assist with both internal and external audits by preparing and maintaining necessary documentation.
- Lead or support the Odoo Finance setup, including configuration of chart of accounts, journals, taxes, cost centers, workflows, and reporting structures.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external Odoo consultants throughout the ERP implementation process.
- Support data migration, system testing, user control setup, and post-implementation stabilization efforts.
- Process and reconcile therapist payments in accordance with contractual terms.
- Identify discrepancies and recommend improvements to finance processes and reporting accuracy.

Required Qualifications
- ACCA Affiliate, CMA, or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, financial reporting, or ERP-based operations.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP or similar systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel with strong analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of reconciliations, month-end closing procedures, and internal controls.
- High attention to detail, strong ownership mentality, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
