We are looking for a dedicated female Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Giga Boutique Mall. The successful candidate will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the attraction and smooth onboarding of top talent. This role demands excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition within a fast-paced environment. The position is Monday to Friday, from 9:15 AM to 5:30 PM, with a monthly salary ranging from Rs 50,000 to Rs 70,000.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Source talent through multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and networking events. Screen resumes, shortlist candidates based on job criteria, and conduct initial interviews and competency assessments. Coordinate further interviews with hiring managers, prepare interview schedules, and generate candidate evaluation reports. Manage the offer process, including negotiating employment terms, and ensure timely onboarding of selected candidates.
Employer Branding:
Design engaging job advertisements to strengthen the company’s employer brand across various recruitment platforms. Build and maintain talent pipelines to support future hiring needs. Actively participate in job fairs and university recruitment programs to promote the organization and attract potential candidates.
Recruitment Administration:
Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Prepare detailed recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and dashboards to monitor recruitment effectiveness. Ensure all recruitment documentation is complete, compliant, and maintain strict confidentiality of candidate information.
Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and provide regular recruitment updates and hiring forecasts. Coordinate with payroll and HR teams to facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
Compliance:
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws and company policies. Verify candidate documents, employment history, and references as needed to uphold hiring standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to recruitment and training.
- HR-related certifications or professional qualifications are mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and major job portals.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience recruiting within insurance, banking, financial services, or BPO sectors is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in recruiting sales professionals is an advantage.
- Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
